The Grown Men Talking are Dexter and JP; two friends who spend too much time talking to each other. Now, the world gets to listen!
This is Dexter. Born and raised in Scranton, PA, Dexter relocated to Scottsdale, AZ in 2013.

Dexter's passion for radio broadcasting began at a young age, so it makes sense that he earned a degree in Broadcast Telecommunications.
​
He worked in professional radio broadcasting for a few years as a DJ, show producer and commercial production assistant.
​
Dex brings insight and reason while the Grown Men talk, and still can't seem to keep the show on track.
Meet JP. He is a native of Toledo, OH (and various parts throughout the midwest), and made his way to the sunny desert of Scottsdale in 2012.
​
JP is a former Division I NCAA football player for the Bowling Green Falcons. He likes to hit things.
​
With such a big personality, JP brings the energy while the Grown Men talk. He is opinionated, loud and kind of a bully... and a perfect fit for the podcast.

When the show gets derailed, it's usually JP's fault!
